Child-Abuse Deaths Stun New Yorkers

Morning Edition, January 24, 2006 - Officials in New York are investigating the city's Administration for Children's Services after an increase in the deaths of children at the hands of abusive parents. Some teachers, neighbors and foster parents say the deaths could have been prevented.
